ORDERING POLICIES

 We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! However, please note that we are unable to accept returns. If you need to request an exchange, report an error or damaged item, or make any other request to your order, please let us know within 3 business days of the delivery date. This policy is firm "NO EXCEPTIONS". To ensure that you order the correct size, please refer to the size chart provided with the item before checking out. Thank you for your understanding.

EXCHANGES

Please note that any requests for exchanges will be subject to a processing fee of $15 per item. If you need to exchange an item, please email un1tyloveofficial@gmail.com for further instructions. Please keep in mind that exchanges for limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. To avoid the need for an exchange, please make sure that you have selected the correct items and sizes before checking out.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns, but in certain exceptional circumstances, we may be able to offer a refund in the form of store credit. If we are able to make an exception for your return, you will be refunded via a Support Black Colleges E-Gift Code. Please keep in mind that exceptions are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of our leadership team, based on factors such as inventory, shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items. Credits for accepted returns are processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving your item(s). Please note that worn items are not eligible for exchange. Thank you for supporting Un1tyLove!

If we need to make any alterations to your order, we will send an email to the address you used to place the order. If any items are unavailable or a cancelled item, we will issue a refund in the form of an E-gift Code. 

Please note that we are unable to apply discount codes to orders once they have been placed. Additionally, only one discount code may be used per order.
