Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Please note that some orders may take up to 1 week to ship, depending on the availability of the items you've ordered. While many orders do arrive sooner, we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. Thank you for your patience and understanding

We currently ship within Canada & United States 

 

Un1tyLove regrets to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly as we will not have any further visibility of it once it is in their possession. Please note that Un1tyLove is unable to provide free replacements for items lost by the post office or stolen. However, we are committed to assisting you in any way we can to help resolve the situation.

 

Please note that shipping times may be extended during major holidays. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

 

During sales and promotional periods, we experience a higher volume of orders which may cause processing times to be longer than usual. As a result, please anticipate up to a 5-business day response time from our customer service team. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

We are delighted to serve our international customers by offering shipping via USPS First Class International. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country and typically take between 10-15 days from shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking and customs confirmation number which confirms acceptance by the post office for international shipment.

Please understand that we are not liable for any mail delays, customs delays or extenuating circumstances beyond our control.
